The Faithful & The Fallen Read-A-Long discussion

Many of the readers joining in with us have already read one or two of the books in this series, but wanted to join in once we pick up the books they haven't read. As a result, I thought it a good idea to post recaps of the books we've already read so those folks can jump back in to the stories with ease.
