Kaito wandered around the garden quietly. This was the 3rd time he had gotten lost in the castle today, so it was getting rather annoying. As he walked around, he tripped over a rock. "Ow..." he complained quietly.
Jasmine sat at the rose bush, tracing her fingers I’ve r every petal. She enjoyed the roses, because they may be beautiful, but they are dangerous.
Kaito spotted Jasmine and walked over to her. "Hey Sis..." Kaito said quietly. "Do you know where we are in the castle?" Kaito asked.
"Yeah... I still haven't managed to learn my way around the castle. I was supposed to be heading toward the kitchens..." Kaito said quietly.
Jasmine stood. “Follow me. I’ll take you there.” She began to walk. Jasmine looked behind her to make sure her brother was following.
Kaito followed Jasmine quietly. He looked at their surroundings curiously as they walked. "I think this is the first time I've been here...."
“It’s a big place. It’s easy to get lost if you don’t know your way around.” Jasmine looked at her brother. “I’ve had more time to explore this place.”
Kaito nodded. "You should really have a guard with you. It's dangerous to be alone around the castle without one, what with all the rebels and such. You never know when an assassin may show up." Kaito said.
"Still... It isn't safe... Just... Promise me you'll get one eventually if things with the rebels get worse." Kaito said. He was clearly worried about his older sister, which was rather rare, considering he didn't really care much for others. It was kind of strange. He'll be cold to others he meets individually, energetic and sweet when he has to speak to the people or large groups of people, and kind to his family.
Jasmine hugged Kaito. “If it gets worse, I’ll have a guard with me,” she promised. She beckoned to the door. “Need me to take you to be kitchen, or do you think you know the way,” she asked.
"Do you think you can take me to the kitchen? You never know where I might end up if I get lost again..." Kaito said. He had always been direction-ally challenged, and every time he got lost, he mainly ended up finding himself in dangerous places, or in a room full of girls.
((I'll post here for now but we can change whenever you want I just wanted you guys to see this.)) Syannis walked down the long silent halls, the heels of his shoes letting out a rhythmic tap as he walked. He tossed and apple up and down watching it tumbled in the air before landing with a thud in his hand. With every catch the smooth skin of the apple was getting more and more bruised, his rings cutting at it's soft flesh. He wore six rings today, four on one hand two on the other. Each were thin gold strips all engraved with something different along with a name. One for each of his siblings plus himself. He also and one for his mum and father but he never wore them. He also got one made for the girl that saved his life all those years back. The one that opened his eyes to the world around him. But her’s was more of a keepsake, wearing it around got him questioned on what that random name meant. Hops circled up his ears, gleaming in the strips of sun light coming from the grand windows. He was dressed in simple clothes ready to go out into the town. A sword rested between his shoulder blades and saddle bag thrown over one of his shoulders as he headed towards the stables. After hours of being crammed into some meeting thing with serious rich folk was enough to drive him mad. At least he had time to plant a seed of doubt. To get into one on one conversations with some of the more influential ones and saying just enough so they would start to second guess where their loyalties lay.
Syannis was planning of heading to the stables, taking his horse and leaving for at least a few hours to clear his head. However as he walked Syannis picked up on the sound of others. At first he waved it off as servants but quickly recognized the voices as that of his youngest and middle sister. Jasmine, the one who puts up a touch girl act but Syannis knows of her own habits of sneaking out. Syannis may or may not be one to help with that on occasion, or at least cover for her when their father asks. And young Kaito, the most calm of his brothers. Once again he puts up an act of being all bouncy, almost like Syannis himself, but one the inside he’s calm and rather sweet. See Syannis knows all about his siblings. He sees it as his task, as the oldest of the royal children, to know his brothers and sister so he can help them in anyway possible. And so he can feed the fire of rebellion in them. If he is going to throw this mutiny, and he will, he didn't want to have to throw his own siblings into the cells with all of his fathers’ loyalist but he would. If it came to winning or keeping his siblings from the prisoner cells he would pick his win over them. But he would try his damn hardest to make sure they were safe. If one of them died because of him then… No one would get out his his wrath alive.
Syannis slowed grinning as he heard Kaito say he was lost. Well to be fair this was a giant castle and for someone like Kaito it would easy to get himself lost in. However in Syanniss’ twenty three years of living here he learnt all the secret paths, knowing all the hiding places. He even knew his way around the servant paths, the paths they took to keep out the way of the more important occupations of the castle. Thankfully Jasmine had already found their youngest brother and was giving him a hand but Syannis had some other ideas on their next location. Syannis rounded the corner coming face to face with his younger siblings.
“Kaito, Jasmine, fancy seeing you here,” he said grinning at them softly. “Where do you planning on going, cause I heard the town is great right about now and I have some time to spare.” He suggested looking more towards Jasmine knowing she was the most rebellious out of the two and was more likely to take his bait then Kaito.
Of course, Syannis wasn’t going to force them to do something they didn’t want to do. However he was a fan of taking his siblings out, showing them what life outside of the stuffy castle was like. Plus, Syannis was pretty sure he could lead two horses at once if need be and he was decent enough at sword wielding that anyone daring to touch his brother or sister would have their hands chopped off before they got anywhere close. Many people had tried to kill or kidnap Syannis in the past. None succeeded other then the ones that gave him this permanent limp but that was beside the point. They would be fine, he was positive.
Luna was strolling about the garden alongside Marina. She smiled at her. "The garden here is rather beautiful Marina."
"More than likely the flowers they have here only bloom once a year. We were too late it seems." She said cutely.
"I do miss the dusk blossoms. They were actually the flowers you threw at me when we first met." She chuckled slightly. "You know, you still haven't made it up to me for hitting my head with a flowerpot."
"A kiss on the cheek perhaps?" She said teasingly. She knew Marina got embarrassed easily, if coaxed enough. "I'll leave it up to you."
(It was mainly a joke to get back at her. That's why I included the "I'll leave it up to you" part. )
Luna blushed and returned the kiss. She even held Marina close. "I may enjoy this quite alot when we're in our quarters." She caressed her thigh and wrapped her arm in Marina's
"There's nothing to be ashamed of what you like M'lady. You can't help who you are, trust me I've tried and yet the only person who sees me as a true knight is you. So, please don't torment yourself over that." She said this with a voice like velvet. "Y-You were my first kiss actually."
"It's not like you're their leader, who cares about their opinion of you." She kissed her hand as she said this. "We could continue this in our quarters if you'd like."
(woop)Tenma walked over to the garden, looking behind him as little kaito followed. The boy was very formal for a boy, at his age he was innocent and curious. He took a bit to respond to his question but he just said "i'm been fine. How is mother?"
The sun hit Tenma's eyes and the floral breeze made his hair blow. It was so long since he had been outside....
"Queen Nera? I believe she is fine from what I have seen. I don't actually see her often, so I'm not entirely sure." Kaito hummed as he followed Tenma mindlessly.
He continued to study Tenma as they walked, as if the boy believed if he just continued to learn more about Tenma's appearance it would help him know more about Tenma and help him answer a few of his questioned.

"i see" Tenma walked over to the porch which was high up in the castle. Here you could see the view of the xandrian kingdom perfectly.
Kaito continued to follow. "So... Were you an experiment for that head scientist or something?" Kaito said, deciding to finally speak up about it. He needed to know more about this brother of his, so he might as well just ask questions.

"my my, aren't you a smart one. You catch on quickly, don't you?" He seemed calm but there was a strange edge to his tone. How did this little kid guess such a thing? he though the bastard's experimentations were a secret to everyone, especially to the youngest prince. Maybe he overheard something?
Tenma turned around and had a slight glare in his eyes as he towered over his younger brother.
"yes, i was. How did you come to that conclusion?"
Kaito looked up at Tenma. "Just a guess really." He shrugged. "It's not that hard to get information about this kingdom, interestingly enough. I just happened to overhear something and decided to investigate it." Kaito said. He didn't really want to say how exactly how he got this information. He never really told others how he knew things. Because, well, how much of a secret would the secret chambers be if someone had found out about them?
He looked at his brother, and smiled. While his smile was perfect, his cold eyes seemed to betray him. He wasn't happy, and that smile was most likely a fake. He looked down at small frog that hopped by. He picked it up and studied it. He stood on his tip toes and managed to put the little frog on Tenma's head. "Frog hat." He said with the hollow voice of his.

Tenma absolutely hated animals (says on form XD) and he wanted to shiver in disgust but he kept a blunt face. "Thank you," He said, still wearing the frog on his head as to not upset the kid for taking it off.
Tenma felt strangely okay with his small brother and went to study the flowers, picking up a rose before it withered away into dust by his own hands, letting out a small sigh that was only hearable to himself.
He didn't know what to do and didn't know why he decided to leave his room after all these months, all he knew is that something inside him was still very, very bitter.
As he studied the flowers he heard another person come in and looked over...he remembered the man in the entrance of the garden, it was Touma, one of the alchemists. Both of their names were a bit similar and he remembered him from long ago.
"Good Evening, Touma. It's been years since I've seen you" His voice held a bit of bitterness yet managed to keep it nice.
Touma's eyes widened at the sight of the prince.
"o-oh ! Good evening prince tenma...i-i was here to collect a herb i needed, now if you'll excuse me.."
The skinny man quickly walked over to a little patch of herbs, yanked some stalks from the bush and nervously walked away, almost tripping on a pebble. The tension in the room was high before Touma had left.
(still has the frog on his head)
Kaito looked at some roses before this 'Touma' person had appeared. Kaito could feel the tension between his brother and this man, so Kaito just glared at the man until he left, seemingly frightened of his older brother. Kaito looked up at Tenma. "Who was he?" Kaito asked curiously before going back to looking at the roses. He picked one of them and a bee flew out and flew on his nose. He tried to shoo the bee away without hurting it, but then it just stung his arm. He looked at the sting mark. Sure, it hurt a bit, but he'd get over it.
He grabbed the rose and stood on his tip toes again. He put the rose in the mouth of the frog and the frog simply looked at him. He looked at his brother curiously, taking a mental picture of him, memorizing every detail. However, the entire time, he kept a blank face, even though his arm still hurt a bit and was a bit red from the bee sting.

(( ^-^ YAY! Family reunion time!))
(also i feel like him and kaito would be closest since he's not close to any siblings and he actually has a soft spot for kids (says in form), so if it ever came down to favorite sibling it would be kaito ))
((What about Wren? XD She's younger than Kaito by like... 2 years and then she's just absolutely adorable.))
Tenma bent a bit to Kaito's level so he could do what he wanted, the scary looking boy just accepted this, maybe he had a soft spot for children? Either way, he seemed comfortable around Kaito which was strange for the anti-social prince who literally locked himself in his own room for years. "An Alchemist, he had nothing to do with me though but he's friends with the one who did this to me" He showed Kaito both of his hands
"These hands make anything i touch wither away, so be careful around me"
His power made him actually very sad. He never asked for such a thing, destroying everything he touched, even the most beautiful things would wither away.
(this is his soft part that you'll only see a few times before i reveal how crazy he actually is ooph)
