Silverblades | 265 comments A fairly solid episode. I'm pretty into Roger's long hair. Stephen Bonnet's story about the foundation he was nearly buried under is a moment from the book that I was glad to see make it into the show. I think I've come to the conclusion that book Brianna and show Brianna are two different people in my mind, but I like them both quite a bit.

Teresa Mader This is the show i'd been waiting for all season. I loved the way they did it for the show. I agree Brianna does seem a bit different between the books and show, but as i read ABOSAA I see TV Brianna in my minds eye now. The show should be interesting next week too, I am already anticipating it.

MichaelCollins | 819 comments This was an excellent episode -- a bit different from the book which had hinted to the idea Frank felt Bri was going to go back in time and this nailed it down.

I had wondered how they were going to treat the aspect of Lizzie and they did that well also.

I'm enjoying thise season quite a bit and this episode didn't disappoint!

Diane | 1360 comments I loved this episode and how we got to see a different side of Laoghaire. She was truly caring with Bree before she found out who her parents were. Like Frank, the show gives us a fuller picture of the character. I loved little Joanie (I think that was her name) and her interaction with Bree. I also liked the talk Frank had with Bree that ws not in the book. It really explains why Bree had such an attitude with Claire upon finding out about Jamie. So far this season I think I have enjoyed the changes from the book. I also liked how Claire got her original thistle ring since it created such an outrage when they changed it way back when.

Yes, her name is Joan. I love grown-up Joan's appearance in Echo, where she's a formidable young woman whose heart's desire is to be able to leave her mother in someone else's care and become a nun.

MichaelCollins | 819 comments Ah! That's where Joan is...couldn't place her at first as to where she ends up in the books but now I remember.

Yes I love her story also. Be careful of spoilers from future content though because some people have not read the books yet. this is not too big but for future reference you can spoiler tag by doing the following with out spaces:
< spoiler > what ever you want to say < / end spoiler >

Beth_A Warren | 78 comments Joan shows up in the Outlander novella "The Space Between", but I won't spoil it by saying more.

I'm really excited about this season! Much more than season 3.

Barb Wild (bearsilu2) | 25 comments i dont like that icky woman ok we all know who im talking about! She should just never cross our paths again. We all wanted Jenny back but if she was busy she was busy. Did you see her crying while watching it though? I love that woman. I love Ian too. He is cute, smart, rough looking, handsome a great child producer so we know what he is good at!
