Hatti let her bare feet dangle in the water as she braided her hair. She loved visiting the falls, because she could be herself, and not be judged.

Hatti dipped the ends of her braids in the water, then rid the ends together to keep it secure.

Hatti saw the water ripples, so she turned her head towards the origin. She saw a boys head, resting in a rock. “Hello,” she called.

((Nah it’s just me going poof in all my rps))

“I’m Hatti. What’s your name?”

Ari sat on a rock, her light blue hair in a side ponytail her emerald green eyes sparkling in the sun, her top was a light purple and off the shoulders, she also wore black shorts with no shoes, her elf ears was nearly hidden by her hair

(Could I plop Yurina in here?)

Hatti smiled. “It’s nice to meet you. Always nice to see a new face.”

“I see a lot of people in the city, but I go a little unnoticed because of all the unique people there.”

“Why not?” Hatti was too curios for her own good. She never knew when to stop asking questions.

“Different? I didn’t think that mattered.”

Out of nowhere something splashes into the water from the top of the waterfall. Yurina surfaces and then proceeds to walk on the water with her water magic.

Hatti gasped, the splash scaring her, but then her eyes brightened as she admired the persons tails. “I love your tails!!”

Yurina screamed. She's normally used to swimming alone. She immediately went below the water and formed a bubble around her. "They won't take my tails from me." Back in the day. Kitsunes were hunted for their tails.

Hatti frowned. She hadn’t expected the women to go under the water. She stuck her hand underwater, and waved at the women.

A few water sprites rose from the water. They seemed pissed. "Why are you trying to chase her? Are you trying to cut off her tails? If so,we won't let you!" They formed a perimeter around where Yurina went down.

Hatti shook her head. “Why would I cut off her tails? They are perfect where they are.” Hatti smiled. “Like my hair. I wouldn’t want that cut off. It’s a part of me, and if it was gone, it would feel as though something was missing.”

The sprites didn't move an inch. "Back in the old days, kitsunes, such as Yurina were hunted for their soft tails. Which were then soldon the black market.

((Mornings suck. I woke up like 15 minutes ago))

“That’s horrible!” Hatti could hardly believe people would do that. “What would happen do the Kitsunes after that? It must be so hard to live.”

The sprites nodded. "She is the sole survivor of her family. After the tails were taken. The kitsunes were sold into slavery,trafficking,or whatever the cruel bastards profession was." Yurina's head surfaced. "Which is why I'm wary of folks I don't know. The only exception to that is my master."

"No my master is a kitsune elder. Not in the age sense. The kitsunes who develop ten tails are given the title elder. My master is a kind man. He saved my life all those years ago. I owe him my life. Everyday I help him with his day to day work. He is nice once you get to know him. Though he is rather protective of me. I'm like a sister to him." She smiled as she recalled her kind memories of her master. A wind sprite fluttered above Yurina. "So that's where you've been hiding." A male kitsune dropped down from the trees. Yurina smiled at him. " Glad to see you're concerned for me master."

Tatsuma smiled and bowed. "Tatsuma Shiroyama at your service." He winked at Hatti. "Whom might you be?"

“I’m Hatti,” she said. “I’m human, but I don’t think I’m that bad. It’s nice to meet both of you. I’m a mage,.” She added the last part as an afterthought.

"It's a pleasure to meet both of you." Some of his wisps were fluttering about Hatti and Harry. "My sprites only float near those that have a pure heart. I suppose you're trustworthy."

“I think your good. I just met you recently, but you seem like a good person, someone I would be glad to call friend.” She looked over at the Kitsune. “You as well.”

"We appreciate that. You have no idea how relieving that is to hear those words from a human." Yurina and Tatsuma said in unison. They chuckled. A few of the sprites started to act funny. At that moment a chain coiled around one of Tatsuma's tails. His eyes widened. "Yurina run!" He formed his wind scythe. Yurina shook her head in refusal. "Like hell I will!" She formed her water armor and her sprites changed into ice golems.

((Fight scene, wooh))

Hatti’s hair grow out, becoming as long as two of her. It twisted, being hard and flexible and the same time. She directed it at the chain, and her hair wrapped around it and yanked it toward her, dragging the owner towards her.

A kitsune with jet black fur and a scarred eye was dragged into the light. Tatsuma glared in anger. "I should've known it was you Shira." The female kitsune smirked. "Long time no see indeed."

"Yea I know her. She's WAS my girlfriend, until she was banished from the village for using me to get close enough to the high priestess to kill her." He glared at her with hatred.

"More like praying on a fragile heart," Tatsuma cut the chains and took a defensive stance.

Hatti stood in a battle stance, waiting for even the slightest movement from the enemy kitsune. “What do she doing here now?”

"I'm here to finish my collection." She gestured to Tatsuma and Yurina. "I've got both of their families, except them and Tatsuma's sister" She laughed coldly.

Tatsuma's eyes turned yellow. His tails were all thrashing wildly. That sentence drove him into his feral state. "I should've killed you all those years ago.

Hatti’s hair whipped around her, and it seemed to shimmer in the light, like a blade reflecting the sunlight. “I’m pretty sure you are outnumbered. And I won’t hold back if you try to attack any one of us.”

Shira giggles in a psychotic way. She manifested a wind blade. "I'd like to see you try." She dashed quickly at Tatsuma. He smirked and took the blade in his arm. He pinned her to the ground with his remaining arm with bruising force. "You may have learned from me, but I still out class you."

Hatti ran up to Tatsuma, and her hair moved down to hold the opposing Kitsune on the ground.

Yurina started to heal the wound in his arm. "You should've let her take me Tatsuma. You've taken one too many hits for me." Tatsuma shook his head. "I wouldn't be a good master if I didn't protect you."

“Harry, come here,” Hatti shouted. “I need to make sure this one stays down. Tatsuma is a little busy, and I don’t want to hold her on my own.”

Shira smirked. "You really think this can hold me?" Her tails coiled around Hatti's arms and Harry's tail. She slung them off of her and she dashed into the forest. "She'll leave us alone for a while." Tatsuma said calmly.

((Oof, realised Akila's in the forest))

(Don't worry, Tatsuma's wind sprites are always watching over those dear to him.)

"I'm heading out now, I did what I needed to do." He started to walk away from the cascades. "I'm coming as well master." Yurina caught up to him. She followed him away from the cascades.

Hatti nodded, still a little shaky from the attack. “You two will stay safe, right?” She went over to Harry, making sure he was ok as well.
