This allowed him to act out his crueler intentions on those who he perceived deserved it. Deserters communists, ect. He lost many friends he made though out the war. As he and his unit retreated along the eastern front. Until finally he was killed by a soviet tank in Berlin. His soul did not find rest and now he walks this earth eternally as a vengeful spirit. A previous German battalion had gone to the city to help out civilians evacuate. But it had gone horrible wrong and Richter was sent in to investigate. Though a series of unfortunate events partly through his doing. He ended killing the German battalion down to a man, while loosing his team in doing so. He could not reconcile his villainous actions with his desire to be a hero so he developed a split personality. By the time his own regiment arrived, he killed them too and took a helicopter to a different country. He then escaped to America. Technically he is wanted by the EU for desertion, but he is too dangerous and is not an active threat to them. He wanders America as a bounty hunter, widely known to be one of the most deadly.

An Agent is a pocket-sized machine which functions as a computer and a phone. This device replaces much of the items found in ones outfit.
The Agent, introduced just before the world went to hell, is a new tech solution and goes a lot further than just taking your calls.
What makes your Agent unique is its Self–Adaptive AI. SAAI is the programming that operates your Agent. It is not a true AI, but rather an interlocking program set that manages data and "learns" how to do things by interacting with its owner. That'd be you. This allows the Agent to manage your life—to make sure you have the time to do what you need to do (crimes, killing people, getting out of trouble, and so forth) instead of going to the store to pick up something you forgot.
What Your Agent Can Do
Make phone calls in voice, flat–screen, or 3D holos.
Record calls, forward calls, or send them to voice mail.
Scan the Data Pool to locate a person, place, or thing, and display the result as a map, a GPS guide, or a vocal file.
Send or receive text messages as well as download screamsheet (news) updates keyed to particular subjects you want to keep track of.
Keep your schedule for you and act independently on events, like ordering a gift, paying from your cred account, and having it delivered to the recipient.
Maintain a personality complete with name, voice, and even a holographic face/body. Some lonely souls stationed on distant transport runs or orbital stations have been known to reprogram their Agents to act as surrogate lovers, as well as personal assistants (with the aid of specific cybernetically driven "enhancements" to meet very specific needs.)

History: Enzo was a second generation Italian immigrant to the US. He was born in 1928 to a father who was part of the mob in DC. He had a rough childhood and spent his early years working for the mob to supplement the income of his father and brothers. Though he did has an interest in electronics. Once war started in 1942 most of his family of men were drafted and he was no exception. Though some did not trust them as being so new to the US. So they were made to guard the homeland and supply depots. The was boring for him until NYC and DC got nuked by the Germans. He lost almost all of his family in a flash as bright as the sun. When the government surrendered, they were ordered to stand down and hand in their guns. He used his mob connections to smuggle as much as he could and soon was contacted by Andrew Ryan and offered to join rapture. Which he did and used his connections to arm the Rapture security team.

History: He was just 7 years old when America entered the war in 1942. Though by that part, the Russians were on their last legs and the japs were seizing American territory over seas. His dad quickly joined up along with his older brother. But the Germans nuked DC and NYC when he was only 13 in 1948. By then his brother was back home and he was able to hide his brother's gun and uniform. Though eventually his brother was drafted to fight the communist menace in Europe. It was when he was 15 that he lost all contact with his older brother and had to take care of his grieving mother alone. when he was 17 the Chimera invaded America in 1953. He was just young enough to be drafted and put on the front lines to fight the alien invaders. Saving his life and letting him help out in town. though eventually the aliens came and the town militia of minutemen were no match for the aliens and he lost his mother. He is to his knowledge the sole survivor of his small town. Now 23 he wanders the wastes in his brother's old uniform, looking for food, supplies and possibly people.
