I doubt it--but I'm going to give it the good old college try.

Yeah...there are few books that got buried in an avalanche or something [ :-) ]--mostly science fiction, but a few mysteries and classic lit too.

oh, I too have a few (or many) from back around then. I might need an excavation expedition to get to them. Congrats Bev in tackling an oldie!

Thanks! I tackled most of Marsh from the library (back in the day) and then bought up every one I could find....and didn't read them.

102. Death of My Aunt by C.H.B. Kitchin [on TBR since at least 2011, but I'm sure much longer--did not log purchase date]

Next year I might borrow your idea of listing how long my books have been on my gr TBR."
I like seeing that I've finally managed to read a book that's been gathering dust (lichens?) on my TBR mountains for quite some time. :-)

As long as I remember which were acquired before January 1st, 2018, I'm cool.
Other than that, the TBR piles draw from 2017 back to the 1970s. Yes, I'm a veritable human Bookmobile.

I wasn't consistently organized. I keep coming across books that I didn't log properly. I have great intentions to keep track and then fall down on the job.... :-)

I will probably wind up with just one more book...definitely not planting a flag on the summit again this year....
