It's meant to help with self harm but I had no issue with that so I can't tell you how good it's with that.
It's basically 6 types of activities: comfort, distract, express yourself, release, breathe, and random. You just select the category and then the activity and you can repeat it until you feel better or switch to a different one. Also, you can customise it so it has cute blobs as categories.
