Why did you choose it?
Do you like it?
I just finished Tweak: Growing Up On Methamphetamines which I didn't care for. I'm about 1/3 of the way through Unbury Carol which I also don't care for, so am also reading Fables, Vol. 5: The Mean Seasons for the umpteenth time because I know I love this series.
I'm reading Dumplin' because it's going to be a movie in December. I'm also reading Throne of Glass because everyone wants me to.

I'm like always trying to find time to read. Im currently reading a pathetic book called Towafd the Secret Sky. Dont even try this, only the cover is pretty n im kinda someone who swoons over book covers.
My favs are [book:I'll Give You the Sun|20820994] and Last Night I Sang to the Monster.
Wht are your favs?

The Scarlet Letter
Watchmen
Lisey's Story
Shōgun
The First Man in Rome (the whole series)
But I love so many more books and that list, with the exception of The Scarlet Letter can change with every new book I read. I am an obsessive rereader as well, because I hate the feeling after trying a new book and being disappointed.
I am always reading an ebook, a physical book and listening to an audio book. I try to keep them as different as possible, but sometimes I get in a particular groove and it seems everything I read is one type.

I went through a phase where I read everything related to Jack I could find! Have you read From Hell? I think he convinced me I was a Gull Catcher, but there are so, so many theories out there!

I love everything by Virginia Woolf, Sylvia Plath and Edgar Allan Poe. Some of my favourites books from other writers are the Harry Potter series (。♥‿♥。), The Picture of Dorian Gray, Anna Karenina, Wuthering Heights, Rien ne s'oppose à la nuit (french book), Dracula, Frankenstein, Madame Bovary, Interview with the Vampire...
I'm currently reading for the second time Strange the Dreamer for a buddy read, I really like it and I already have the second book ready (with high expectations!) when I finish this one :)

It's because I can't make a list of my favourite books without everything written by those three authors 💜 Neil Gaiman and Stephen King are also among my favourite writers :)
Tucker, if you wanna try Stephen King, you can pick almost any book without going wrong! Maybe The Shining or The Green Mile?

Um, I like really funny or really scary. I also like scifi

I also think you would like The Bachman Books. The Long Walk is one of my favorite books ever. All three of my children have written book reports on it. That one and The Running Man are set just a bit in the future so on the verge on sci-fi.

Okay! Thanks! I'm actually giving The Shining a try.

Oh, man, I would probably be so scared, tbh if I read The Shining. I couldn't read Zoo by James Patterson without getting nervous! Note to self: don't read those in the middle of the night! ;)

For me, the book does fit into psychological horror, but it's a point of view. Psychological horror is very large and can fit to a lot of things. It is true that the adaptation by Kubrick is really different and that King didn't like it, but I love both :)

Horror is my thing, everything from gore and the supernatural/preternatural to psychological and just plain creepy or eerie.
Hi I absolutely love Rainbow Rowell as well but I only ever read were her two adult books I haven't read any of her Young Adult books yet. I do have a physical copy of Carry On but I have not read it yet because I want to read Fangirl first. Do you think I should read Fangirl first or I can go ahead and read Carry On instead of reading Fangirl first?

@Katiria Carry On by Rainbow Rowell is one of my favourite books and I've never read Fangirl as I haven't been interested in it so yes, you don't have to read it to read Carry On :)

Eleanor and Park is an absolutely beautiful book. I think everyone can take something from it.
Thank you then I will read Carry On first then.
