Zombies! discussion

Is there a zombie book that is just a plain Jane/Joe trying to survive?
WHO does not have special force skills
WHO does not discover they can shot the wings off a fly the first time they pick up a gun
WHO does not miraculously discover they can run a troop of survivors with no skill
WHO would be fumbling and bumble but surviving
and Lord almighty no running or evolved zombie's I HATE THAT.

Quite frankly, they had very short stories and became zombies pretty quickly. :(

Try the Mountain Man series. He was an overweight house painter when the ZA hit.

Joshua Guess has written several books that have people who start out as normal people who survive that go on to become great warriors defeating both zombies and evil survivors who attack them.

And if they didn't get good at shooting or killing zombies and good at scavenging, they would have become the zombies. :)

Adaptability would be a strong survival trait in a ZA.

Ya'll are absolutely right they need to learn the skill in a reasonable manner or they will become a zombie......
