Rosembere Nolasco | 4 comments Dragon, by Steven Brust, is the eighth book in the instalment of the Taltos Series and is a very interesting and sort of confusing ride along adventure. Vlad Taltos is the main character that we follow along throughout the whole book. He is followed by his companion Loiosh. They both have similar senses of humor and that’s one of the biggest reason that they have gotten along so well throughout the years. The conflict of this book all started way back towards the beginning when Ma Boy Vlad got jumped by some goons that Lady Fornia (who is a ruler of a somewhat nation) ordered to attack Vlad. He then set out on a journey to get his revenge on Fornia. Along the way he met friends like Napper while in war.

I thought this was a difficult book to follow along at first because it seemed like it moved along fast; But as I read on it started to get easier to read and was being better understood. The names are difficult, and I did not like that. This book has a lot of action and magic at its most basic form because Vlad isn’t a master, so he only knows some basics. At times you can feel the atmosphere that Brust describes, like when Vlad is walking through the mud and its pouring rain and the clothing on them is drenched and their shoes slipping off from the mud keeping them submerged in the ground. Overall pretty good book and a lot of imagination that keeps you pulled into the story.

I realized that my pervious comment wasn't mature for this website of book reading reviews. so I take back what I said in the beginning and I will replace it with. "you look like a inside out foot cloth that has been modified to be mistaken as the popular entertainment tool that is called a "sock puppet" you very mature aged fluffy cotton rolled into a spherical shape to mimic your cranium boi
