This was definitely an interesting essay. I think it would be useful in trying to answer that common literature question "what is a classic?"So if one was to experience a piece of art, and does not apprehend the Beauty of the piece, would that person, in Schopenhauer's definition, be part of the "mob"?
How would someone prepare themselves for experiencing the Beauty of a piece of art?
