I just read Chapter 2, and I must say that I like Miller weaving the myth of Prometheus into the story. I really liked Circe's interactions and questions with Prometheus. So far, I would give it a solid 4 stars out of 5 stars.
I am now up to Chapter 5 and I must say that I have increased my rating to 4.15 stars out of 5 stars. The relationship between Glauco and Circe is amazing, I wonder whether Glauco and Circe will get their happily ever after. I feel like Circe is growing a bit dark as she had used her mother's tactics to get information from the gods about the pharmaka from the fallen god's blood. And all of this, just for Glauco. It is very interesting to see the gods and goddesses' fear in action.
I'm finally on chapter 6. I found the audiobook on scribd and that helped so much. I definitely think Circe is going to get much darker. It seems it's going to be a more simplified version of her mythology so I'm ready for it.

Yeah it's so smooth and natural.

Chapter 4:
I hope he doesn’t leave her after his transformation.
Chapter 5:
Is that her power? To be able to use those flowers?
Chapter 7:
I am truly enjoying this. The closest I came to the Greek mythology was through Percy Jackson but this is so different and so gripping. I can’t wait to read more. I kinda felt like her exile would prove to be an improvement but I think she’ll tire of it one day. Being alone. Or perhaps someone will stumble upon her deserted island. Some mortal perhaps. I’m afraid I’m not a big fan of the Olympians and the Titan or all the other gods and goddesses in this book. I felt for Prometheus and Circe alone. Though I am not a fan of her beloved brother, I’d admit that he is right. She should’ve been clever.
