I finished this today - it was a really funny book. Safari guide Peter Allison has a great sense of humor and really knows how to spin a good tale. This was fascinating to get a peek into Safari adventures from the point of view of the guides, and the many adventures and mishaps!

I loved the book a lot too. I especially loved the chapter of mouse menace and about the Salvador here.

The Salvador chapter was my absolute favourite. The author has a way of stringing words that makes it seem funny , endearing and emotional at the same time .

After reading I was really wanting to someday make a trip for a Safari. But for now I might probably pick up some of his other books.

Thanks Anne for suggesting this read . I loved it.
