I need to combine this book

But they end up on two pages of titles, and I can't select them both at the same time to combine. I haven't had this problem before.

Add something to both titles (I use xxx), then on the combine page put whatever you added in the filter. Those two editions will show up, you can combine them, and then go into each and remove whatever you added to the titles. Cool eh?
