First Grave on the Right discussion

I took a job as the Library at the city library. The outgoing librarian passed me this book and said, "I dare you to read the first chapter and not check it out.''

She was so right. I am HOOKED. I am going to read this paranormal mystery straight through. I just know it. Shhhhh. I am reading now. :D

I accidentally read Sixth Grave on the Edge first and loved it so much, I went back for the whole series. I'm up to the 4th book now. I love Darynda Jones' writing style. Charley is hilarious!

Charley Davidson is one of those characters that I would need to be BFFs with, something which would probably make all of my attempts at friendship extremely weird and off-putting.

I agree, I would watch the hell out of this movie. I liked the Stephanie Plum adaptation, but I find Charley Davidson much more engaging.

Charley Davidson is my favorite Alpha Female character.
She is funny, smart, but loyal to her heart. I love the whole series, though I didn't read the 2 or 3 books.
And Reyes, yum...

this book was great. i enjoyed this series and i cant' wait to read the 7th book. the plot in every book was good, the characters are great but charley is spectacular. is one of few i can say, characters built good, simple, funny, sexy and she make u wish to be lake her. keep the good work and writhe us more funny stories about charley kissssss

I only just finished book one and really enjoy it. I love her attitude. She is an alpha, a fighter and she is so funny at the same time. It's hilarious the way she's bickering with the human around her and the ghosts.
