Chizu was laying down in his room, reading a book that may or may not have been banned. He heard the click of a door and he closed his book, bookmarking his place. 'Time to greet my roommate.' he thought. He scribbled something down on a sticky note and placed it on the book. He opened up a loose floorboard and hid the book there. He had accidentally bumped into some girl and she dropped it, but she was already long gone before he was able to return it to her. So, he just read it and hid it, knowing all too well it was a forbidden book. He was going to return it to her when he saw her, he just wanted to read a bit of it first.
He walked out his room and knocked on Kaso's door twice. "Hello, May I come in?" he called. He didn't want to just barge in, so, he just stood there and waited for a response.

Chizu sighed. "So much goes for not barging in..." He mumbled, opening the door. He looked at the boy who laid on the bed. "Sorry for the intrusion." He said.
((*Whispers* Shh, Ava. We don't speak about our children's similarities, you might cause some chemical reaction that makes them meet or something. We can't have that. It'd be too much happiness and naivety for all the depressing souls around us XD))
"I'm Chizu, your roommate." He greeted. "You okay there? I didn't mean to startle you." He asked, walking forward and offering to help him up. Chizu had been pretty clumsy, especially when flustered, so he often did things like that too, especially in his younger years when he was still extremely shy. Chizu wore a warm smile, despite being a royal and everything.

"It's fine. I end to do that a lot too. I'm constantly being told I'm clumsy." He said, chuckling a bit. "Anyways, I'm sorry for barging in and scaring you like that. I just heard you coming in and thought I should come greet you... No one answered when I knocked, So.. I just let myself in." he said.
"Music, Art, Poetry. Mainly music though. However, the only instrument I can play is the piano." He said, listing a few off. "How 'bout you?" He asked.
"It's perfectly fine! You actually remind me of an old friend of mine." He said, waving it off. "Okay. I know we just met... But I have a favor to ask of you. I know that we are roommates and all, but outside of the dorms, can you please not talk to me?" He asked. He then realized that probably sounded far meaner than what he mean. "I don't mean that in an offensive way, you seem pretty nice. It's just I'm the freshman jack and I really don't want to ruin your chances of making friends just because you were seen talking to me." He said, trying to clear things up. "I don't really have the best reputation and all, being a weak Jack and everything. I really wouldn't want that to affect you negatively in any way."
"Well, I didn't really want to be a royal. I had a very bad experience being in a royal position in my middle school. I didn't really have a choice in it, some kids in my class kind of... forced me to challenge the Freshman Jack earlier today, and well, I didn't want to be sent to the infirmary, so I had to fight back." He said, chuckling nervously. "Being a royal isn't what it's cracked up to be. It's like everyone's watching your every move. Mess up once and they all start criticizing you and gossiping. And eventually, it gets to the point where they lost all loyalty to you and basically treat you like a piece of dirt. It's a lot of pressure to be under. They expect you to be this perfect person that they can hide behind when things get tough." He hummed.
"Hm? That's a pretty cool ability. Mine is Darkness Manipulation. It's basically where I can manipulate darkness to do certain things like heal and make shadow illusions." He hummed.
"He was a vigilante? Maybe our dad's new each other... My dad's a vigilante as well, Maybe he might know something?" Chizu suggested. Chizu hadn't known his parents for very long, so the three weren't all that close, but he really did love hearing stories about what his father did as a vigilante. "There's a book that supposedly started all this vigilante stuff. My dad has a copy. He never really let me read it, especially with my new baby sister being born and stuff. He's coming to visit in about a week to give me the book, said now I'm in highschool I can read it. I've already started reading it." He said, realizing that probably didn't make any sense. "Some girl apparently had it and dropped it so I thought I'd read it until I'm able to return it to her. But you really can't tell anyone about this! It'd get me and my dad into huge trouble with the authorities..."

Tori skipped down the hallway and swung her bag over her head. Suddenly, a boy dressed in all black swung open the door and she ran face first into him.
“Oh my goodness! I’m so terribly sorry.” She gathered her things, and went to help him up when she saw he was crying. Her face wrinkled up with concern.
"Bye Kaso! See you later!" Chizu called. He walked back to his room, closing the door behind him, leaning against the door. He let out a long sigh. He felt bad for bringing all that up. He wasn't close to his parents, so he probably wouldn't be able to relate exactly, but he did have experience with loosing those he cared about. He pushed himself from the door and went get the book. He took it out from under the loose floorboard and began reading it.

((Tori's outside Chizu and Kaso's dorm ;^; See. this is what I meant when I said 'chemical reaction.' I'm just going... to... push Chizu out that window and we'll all be good XD))

((Pfft. Technicalities! Who needs them?))

Chizu stretched and got dressed. He picked up his phone and placed his wallet in his pocket. He went to the door, putting on his shoes and walking out. "Time to find a place to chill in town!" He hummed, making his way happily out of the dorms.
((Okay. Now my baby is out of the way. Continue with your date, Kaso, Tori.))

((You left her hanging for 5 hours Kaso XD))
((Omg You got me imagining it now.))

((Hypothetically speaking, if the depressed weirdo did do that, then we'll have a problem. After the problem is sorted out, then I'll support the ship again.))

“What is that?” Tori mumbled, and spun to look.
From behind the dumpster, an older student stumbled out. He stomped on a cigarette and mumbled something inaudible.
“Oh, what’s going on here?” He slurred, clearly a little intoxicated.
Tori, concerned, started talking. “We were looking for—“
“Let me teach you a little lesson, girly. Never talk to those more powerful than you.” The bully could clearly tell they were weak and gullible.
He put a hand on her shoulder, and Tori snapped away, slapping his wrist. She had read his ability, her eyes glowing briefly. Level 4.8, ability: Iron Fist.

She closed her eyes, took a deep breath, and stepped back a little, dragging Kaso with her. “We will be going now, Sir..”
