The last three I have currently been reading was AHistory: An Unauthorized History of the Doctor Who Universe, An Anonymous Girl and Aquaman, Vol. 6: Kingslayer.

Independent Study and Keys to the Demon Prison by myself. My mom's reading aloud Prince Caspian and The Hiding Place: The Triumphant True Story of Corrie Ten Boom.

I’m reading A thousand nights by E.K. Johnston.

I am mid-way through A Time In Between by Nancy Tucker, but I have no time to finish it 😣

Finally picked up And I Darken! (I’m on page 109 at the moment) Also probably going to read a few manga volumes this evening:)

Because they’re translated from the original Japanese. So you just read the panels right to left. It just takes a few pages to get the hang of reading “backwards”.:) honestly I find myself trying to read the speech bubbles out of order if I pick up any western comics at this point because I usually read manga if I want to read a comic and I got used to reading the other way.😂

If you’re reading traditional Japanese it’s in columns from top to bottom, right to left. (Also no I don’t know how to read Japanese characters-although I do kinda want to learn...-but I do know that’s how it’s written order-wise lol.)

There is another way to write in modern Japanese horizontally from left to right-like we do in English-but that’s not usually how manga is written originally, so we get translations in the original right to left format. Hopefully that makes sense
