I chose the Convenience trope. I just read Faking it by Carly Phillips, which involved a fake engagement. Totally superficial and fun.
I read “the chase” by Elle Kennedy. For the college campus trope. I gave it 4.5 stars. It was a surprising read and I really like the author’s work
I have to admit I was drawn to Next Year in Havana because of the beautiful cover, and the story inside is just as beautiful.
I read The Unhoneymooners by Christina Lauren which fits the convenience trope. It was a really fun fake-marriage/enemies-to-lovers story. I also really love the cover.
I did college - Kissing Tolstoy by Penny Reid. She is one of my favorite authors, but I just found half a dozen books I haven't read by her before.
I also did Convenience - Accidentally Married by Victorine Lieske. She went on one fake date with him and they ended up married two weeks later. My first sweet romance in a while and I liked it.
