I just read The Matchmaker's List for this challenge (New). I don't recommend it. It became too convoluted and stopped liking the main character after a while.

I know I already did the letter N but I just read The Bookish Life of Nina Hill and there was romance within the book. It fit the NAME trope.

I read The Simple Wild by KA Tucker for NATURE. It's set in the Alaskan wilderness. I really enjoyed it.

4 Stars. A enemies to lovers book that is fun and engaging. At the end we see that h is strong and stands up for herself and her family as well as plenty of remorse and grovelling from H. Yes! This book would have to be one of my faves for 2019, however I did have an issue with it which is why I didn’t give it 5 stars and it was due to the lack of written smut. I don’t need to read smut in every book but when you’re dealing with certain tropes, especially enemies to lovers I think the story works better when you have at least one detailed smut scene. It’s a way of seeing the characters in a different light and be vulnerable together as well as a reward for the reader that leaves everybody completely satisfied. In the book we know the characters have sex but you basically read about their clothes being thrown onto the floor and then it’s the next chapter and the moment is over. Bit disappointing.

Read another one in the NEW category. One Week 'Til Christmas. Absolutely delightful and I would recommend it.
