Oooh I loved Eleanor! I'd love to pick up Fruit of the Drunken Tree, but I know so many are coming out that it might be hard to choose.
Will have to refer to this later. Or keep my eyes more open to debut authors - they all sound good but I don't always have the time. Great topic!
I read The Care and Feeding of Ravenously Hungry Girls. I reacted very emotionally to this - the story of the bonds of sisters and how far the loyalty of family will stretch.
I read "The Sky is Yours" by Chandler Klang Smith and I must say it is a bold debut. Such a weird book. I did come around to really enjoying it but I hate the Male main character so much it took a lot to not just give up. other than him it was enjoyable to me though.
Anne wrote: "I read Eleanor Oliphant is Completely Fine and I loved it."I read it for a challenge last year and I liked it very much.
I'm not sure all 3 of these are technically debut authors but I am pretty sure at least 2 of them are. Lovely ladies who came to Danielle's Local Author Event. Premonition of Terror. Murder on the Precipice and Deceit
