I cannot wait. I definitely want to read more this year. So why not start with a big book (:

The sci-fi aspect of it put me off but then I saw that it had 'vampires' tagged so I'll be joining I guess :)

Can't wait to read it! Haven't read a chunky book in a while! My ebook is currently on hold *ugh*

I've never joined any groups, buddy reads, readalongs or readathons, reading has always been a very solitary thing for me. But I love Emily's channel so much, that I decided to try this reading together thing out. Hope it goes well :D

I’ve been wanting to read this book for a couple years so this seems like the perfect opportunity to finally tackle it. Thanks Emily!

I actually read this when it first came out but have been wanting to re-read it, so this seems like good timing :)

I’ve read the first two books in the trilogy so I’m going to read that last one instead

I had this on my shelf as well so this is the perfect opportunity to pick it up. Don’t think I would’ve done it otherwise! I have the Dutch translated version and that edition is close to a 1000 pages so wish me luck!

I won’t be joining in this month as I’ve already read the passage, but I just wanted to let you guys know you’re in for s wild ride! I read it in less than a week because I just couldn’t put it down. Some of Cronin’s descriptions can be a little drawn out and flowery, but the world building is great! I hope you all really enjoy it x

yeah, I think I'm gonna go with the audio book for this one.

I think I'll join with the audiobook, I only have the abridged version but I hope it won't change the experience too much!

I’ve been meaning to read this for ages so what a perfect excuse to start!

So excited for this! Don't know if I will be joining along this month as I just placed a hold but I'm in 4th position. Hopefully next month if not! Just a suggestion if possible that you could draw the February book now so it will give us time to hopefuly get the book from the library.

I was never much of a sci-fi reader, but I'm really excited to delve into this genre, plus I love big books. Hahaha. :)

I’m so sad I can’t participate this month because the book won’t show up before the 21 of January and I’m not that fast at reading. I will be there for February 🙌🏼

First time that I join a group on goodreads and I'm so excited. Started "The Passage" yesterday, but only had time to read the first few pages, but so far it sounds interesting.

Just got my hands on a copy of The Passage very eager to start reading this!!

Found a free copy online to read, only on chapter 4 but it is so interesting at the moment. I haven't done a buddy read before so this is really exciting.

This is the first time I've ever done a buddy read, and oh boy is this a good book for my first buddy reading experience! I meant to only open the ebook to make sure it was all downloaded but I ended up reading 100 pages because I could not stop reading. I look forward to chatting about it with you all!
