I challenge you to take the stairs once a day instead of an elevator/escalator etc. (As long as this is physically possible for you. :) )

Although I am giving myself a pass on my basement if it is raining g as they are outdoor stairs with no rails. Otherwise I’ll even traverse those daily just to get the stair work in. :)


1. Getting my house thoroughly and detail cleaned (spring cleaning early)
2. Get my books listed (so many to go)
3. Dieting/healthy eating/exercise
4. Destress!!
5. ??? Suggestions welcome....
So feel free to give me a reasonable challenge based on these or look at my goals for other ideas. :) No I cannot list all my books or clean my entire house thoroughly (at least not the way I want to) in a few weeks, nor will I do extreme dieting or exercising. Everything in moderation but would love a challenge motivation to keep me on things!
