I was curious to know if anyone read any books last year they thought were really great! Thought I'd share mine:

Gone with the Wind = best

Tied for second would be The Night Circus, The Name of the Wind, Seabiscuit: An American Legend, and Beartown.

The rest in no particular order:
Forest of a Thousand Lanterns
Bloodsucking Fiends (the whole series)
The Martian
The Spy Who Came In from the Cold
The Snow Child
Dark Matter
The Caspak Trilogy

Miss Pettigrew was made into a movie but I'm afraid to watch it. I hardly ever like what they do to my favorite books. Has anyone seen it? I had several rereads this year. Sometimes I just want to read something I know is good.

Same here, Linda! So many awesome books on this list, and my TBR is growing again!

Anthony | 39 comments Sorry for the newbie comment but how are you guys putting the hyperlink in your lists? I type the title and such but not getting a hyperlink so it must not be automatic.

When you click in the comment box there should be a line above it that says "add book/author" . When you click on it you get a search box. Enter the title of your book and click add to enter it. I think you can only do it through the website not the app.

You are correct Connie, Thanks. I had been using the app 99% of the time but I'm seeing there are many other features (like editing Comments) the website has the app does not.

Yes, I was doing the same thing. Now I mostly just use the app to enter my books because I can scan them. For everything else I use the web site.
