Nora Roberts Groupies discussion

I read a Nora book once and I can't remember the title. The heroine and the hero had a relationship, they moved in together, she gets pregnant, he leaves, she doesn't tell him about the baby, he comes back, wants her back finds out about the kid and then the mystery part starts. I want to say she is an EMT or Firefighter but I can't remember. Can you guys help?

I can’t recall a NR book with everything you mention but the part about the pregnancy & the return of the hero + the mystery sounds like Honest Illusions to me.
Do you remember any characters’ names? That helped me tremendously the last time I had trouble remembering a book x

I just recently read Honest Illusions and the female lead gets pregnant, the male lead leaves and comes back like 5 years later and finds out about the kid. But they are magicians.
