Read Scotland discussion

Just finished Peveril of the Peak by Sir Walter Scott. Oh, my. What can I say? I've read quite a few of Scott's books, and I was pleased to find this one about the Restoration period. However, I think Sir Walter must have had his mind on other things when he wrote this book. It sort of wobbles. Major characters become minor characters and vice versa by the end. Some good plot lines, but not well executed.
