Hi Leslie - nice choices - for some reason I thought you had already read For You - I have to say that one creeped me out and I didn't really feel the connection. Hope you like it better than I did.

No I haven't read it yet. I know it's one of her "strange" ones. I picked it up cheap one day. And this list is pretty fluid!! Just tried to have a nice mix.

Yes it is - I have to say - she doesn't write a good thriller/suspense book IMO. I have to add to my books. I never got to my FWYS books for August - bad me :) I may be able to get one done this week. We'll see.

Since I've been working full time, my challenges have completely collapsed. For the most I only do team challenges and ones where people pick books for me. But I figured this would spur me to get a couple of books read that are just hanging around!

I have to admit that I struggle with this series. I like it okay. But the world building confuses me and somehow her writing is just not very clear. And I get really tired of the snarky humor. But I still enjoy them and I'm committed to finishing them. They have the whole series on Scribd, which is nice.

I really liked this one. I loved the part where he tries to court her and (view spoiler)[ throws a chopped off head at her feet - trying to let her know that he can protect her. Her reaction was too funny (hide spoiler)]This is the first one I've read in dead tree version in a while. I've had the last several on audio. I think listening to those helped me *somewhat* figure out who all the characters were. Hope you like it

I've heard the audio is very good on this series. I'll have to see if my library has it.
