I did notice that several of the textbooks had "Sullivan/Sullivan" on the cover. I figured one was better than nothing!
Indeed. I can't make head or tail of most of the editions as far as combining (too many "with" whatevers) on both their profiles. Any math book fanatics could have a lovely time sorting the whole mess out. :-)
I sorted what I could tell for sure & put the rest on Michael Sullivan (figured the ones from the 80's were pretty safe there). I think Instructional Evaluation & Instructional Delivery are by a different author, but can't find them.

There is a poet that actually uses the Sullivan mononym, but others need to be moved.
I believe all the math books are by Michael Sullivan. At least, I've confirmed that many of them are.
