Subplot: DBCS, an initialism for the Korean phrase "moonlight angels", were met with scepticism at the time of their debut; the number of members was unprecedented for a girl group and many thought BD Entertainment were taking a gamble that would not pay off. However, it has - until around 2017, DBCS were universally considered the "National Girl Group". They have not had a comeback as a group since their 10th anniversary album, however, with the members focusing on solo activities such as acting, variety, and music.
