I just finished Girl who smiled Beads, I gave it 5 stars and here is my review. I mistakenly put it on the Fiction list.

This was my first nonfiction book of the year, The Line Becomes A River, the memoirs of a border agent along the Mexican-American border. Worth a read, especially if anyone is interested in that situation which has come to be the focus of much debate here. https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...

I'm in a Goodreads book group that is all titles involving refugees and immigration. I just learned that The Girl Who Smiled Beads will be the April book. Looking forward to reading it!
