Some Christians say they will make no efforts to save the earth but only to save souls and that to save the earth is to build on sand .

Here is what to tell them:

40 “The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’

This is the official position of MORE THAN 900 million christians that by mitigating climate crisis we are SHOWING MERCY to billions of "the least of these "

So if someone is BUILDING ON SAND it is definitely those who ignore jesus teachings to SHOW MERCY and continue to hard heartedly indulge in meat eating and high carbon living for their own selfish pleasure.

How can following what jesus said in the bible be considered building on sand ?

When you FOLLOW What jesus said to do - you are building on a rock!

"He that hearth my teachings and doth them shall be likened to a man who built he house on rock" Matthew 7:24

Jesus taught us to be good samaritans he said " GO AND DO LIKEWISE"Luke 10:25-37 (if you read Luke 10:25-37 it leaves no doubt WWJD about climate crisis ! )

So to say that by following Jesus teachings to be merciful to each other (good samaritans) is building on ROCK
and is the official position of MORE than 900 million Christians world wide ( see my above link

So what is it we can't live without ?
hardheartedly eating meat & recklessly indulging in high carbon living
or
following Jesus' command to be merciful to the least of these

20But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moth and rust do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. 21For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.

well which shall it be ? a moment of hard hearted pleasure of juicy meat for your palate ? or storing up for yourself treasures in heaven by showing mercy to teh least of these ?

Choose wisely .

You can not serve two masters

No man can serve two masters: for either he. will hate the one, and love the other; or else. he will hold to the one, and despise the other, Ye cannot serve God and mammon.
Matthew 6:24 -

Now Satanically quoting scripture-- for their own purpose-- the hard hearted pleasure seekers will say : "aha!!! by showing mercy to the least of these you are serving THEM not God " But jesus tells us " what so ever you did to the least of these YOU DID UNTO ME"

so clearly the hard hearted pleasure lovers are the ones who serve mammon . For mammon is turning one's back on the teachings of Jesus and pursuing ones own desires for the pleasures of this world .

so if there is anyone building on sand and serving mammon it is the hard hearted who can't live without meat but CAN live WITHOUT FOLLOWING JESUS teachings of showing mercy to the least of these

Christians are not aware that over 129,000 church leaders representing more that 900 million christians who advocate climate change mitigation.

I think it has been mad every clear that being vegan is the most effective way to mitigate climate change with the lest negative impact to the world economy. It has made it abundantly clear that this not a biblical requirement but merely a way to show mercy to "the least of these."

Now Tryon how can you possibly deny that MORE THAN 900 Million christians believe that to mitigate climate crisis is to show mercy to the least of these?

And as far as the end times we will continue to follow what jesus taught about being good samaritans until he descends in the clouds to end the world so that when he comes he will find us doing his will.
