Anyone Else? discussion

Is anyone here as big a Potterhead as me? Because that would be huge.

This is where we can discuss Harry Potter, and all of it's wonders and horrors. So, carry on.

I guess I am the only one...

Harper! You're not the only one! Harry Potter fans are everywhere, and I'm one! My favorite characters are...most of the characters, actually. Just not Ron, Lavender Browne, Harry, Umbridge, Rita Skeeter, or Fenrir Greyback. : )

Oh, I love Ron and Harry Potter. I don't like those other characters, though.

A Potterhead myself, I just revisit the books and movies sometimes when I get some free time from my busy schedule :)

Not really...He acts really rashly and is sort of obnoxious (please don't take offense, anyone!) in my opinion, and I hated his behavior in JK Rowling's latest book, The Cursed Child. He was incredibly mean and not understanding to his child, who was going through very similar things to what he went through.

I agree, about Harry acting rashly. In the books, his moves are not very realistic. But I think that makes it fun. Because if we were that person, we'd sit down and barely do anything. But through Harry, we get to see it in a fun way. But, again, I see where you are coming from.

I also read Harry Potter and the Cursed Child: Parts One and Two. And I do think that Harry acted a little childishly. But people forget. And I think they elaborated on that in the book.

That's true. I did love Scorpio and Albus's relationship, though. I wish I had a friend like that. I'm just disappointed that JK Rowling wrote the book as a screenplay. It's good, but I prefer to read books with full sentences, ya know?

I wouldn't say I'm a huge fan, but I have read some of the books. My favorite character is Ron...❤

I have actually only read the first two books and seen the first movie! I did enjoy them though and intend to finish the series.

One reason I haven’t yet is because I want all my books of the series to match and I got the first two at a thrift store.😂 so I really need to just keep looking for the same edition of the other books!

My library card is not usable at the moment, it’s a very long story.:P

I wish I had a better library.

the library near me is very small- the new books that come in are very boring. the YA books i see don't interest me
the only good thing about the library near me is that it has a really good manga and graphic novel section
i really want to go to a library that's around 30 minutes from where i live and it's huge
maybe the size of a mansion
it has 2 floors and that AMAZES me
the library i currently go to is maybe a size of gym cut into quarters except u leave out one quarter of the gym

im gonna start the 3rd book of the harry potter series cause i never started it
