SOLVED. HF children's book called "Nights of Danger" set in WWII France. A young boy helps the French resistance...do something with...I think a radio tower? I cannot remember the author's name and cannot find this book online. [s]

I don't remember much else about the book except there is a man in the resistance that the boy helps. The boy's father is gone somewhere. Whether in the military, in prison, or dead, I do not remember. The cover was pink. Or maybe a worn red. It was a favorite as a kid and has been bothering me for a long time because I can't find it anywhere! The name Andre comes to mind but I don't know if that was the boy's name or the name of his friend in the resistance or what. I will be so grateful for anyone who is able to help me out on this!

Milton Dank wrote two books about a French teenager that was a resistance fighter in WW2, but the hero's name was Charles. The books are The Dangerous Game and Game's End.
