Don't really follow F1 at all ever since Iron Man was almost killed at a race. I mean seriously, where was track security on that one???
Yeah, that's one of the reasons F1 hasn't taken off as much in America. Plus, the time of race starts is geared towards UK audiences, so many are too early for an American (unless he's motivated to get up halfway through the night).
I would suggest giving the US and Brazilian races a look, though. Both are in US-friendly timezones (well, obviously the first is...), great circuits and the races have generally been great this year.
Also, that's Iron Man's own fault. If he'd been Carbon Fibre Man he would've been fine.

Although Mercedes is near certain to take both titles it's still very intriguing because their two drivers have been locked in a tight contest since the very first race. My suspicion is Rosberg will win, largely because Hamilton's reliability issues means he'll perhaps rack up grid penalties for the last few races.
Speaking of which, double points for the final race in Abu Dhabi is just moronic. It might well decide how the title goes, and if it does that would be utterly ridiculous given how close and exciting the season has been.
Elsewhere, I wonder if Williams can beat Red Bull. I suspect not. The Williams will be good at Spa and especially Monza (its top speed is the best in the field) but Red Bull's superior chassis and downforce will give it the edge at more circuits, including Abu Dhabi.
