The feedback I would give you is that it pays to become an active member of a group before you start promoting your book here. I am currently reading a book for an active member. But I won't do that for people whose only contact is "Read My Book!"

That's standard info to all authors when they join Goodreads. This site is for readers and we authors should be readers first and authors later.
