What do you think of the weekly Relationship Review Hardy mentions with his wife? Is this something you might consider implementing? I LOVED this idea but i know my husband would never go for this weekly though. But i do think he would consider monthly and I may try to implement this. When we do our monthly budget may be a good time. I see weekly being best bc as a couple we can have good weeks and bad weeks and at the end of the month it could be hard to recall that (unless we TRACK it haha).
How do you feel about the in-depth weekly, monthly, and quarterly scheduling that Hardy mentions?
I loved this idea too!! My husband may go a little nuts - he is not a goal oriented person at all but very laid back so if it was important to me i'm sure he would do a modified version of this. I do think it could really improve the health of our marriage.
Have you tried the Rhythm Register? If not, will you? Why or why not?
I have not tried the exact rhythm register but love the free downloads option! I'm not sure exactly how i'll track my goal habits but this is a good idea to work from.
Do you already have a morning and evening routine? If so, what is included? If not, what would you include?
No, i really didn't! But NOW i'm going to develop one! for morning I will include; wake up 10 minutes before kids for a sanity check. get boys off to school. THEN - make my bed, tidy up 3 year olds room with her help, devotion time with coffee, and .... from there not sure haha. I am SO not a morning person so this will be a tough one for me but important i can tell.
For evening routine after kids asleep; come down and reset my kitchen area to be completely ready for morning, set house alarm, pack lunches, setup coffee pot, set out devotional, tidy up living room clutter, lower heat thermostat, check calendar for next day then upstairs. wash face, brush teeth, bed for reading time and instagram check in (my down time ahhhh). I'm thinking of setting a set bedtime for myself now honestly too for full lights out.
What are the areas of your life in which you are not consistent enough? What has this inconsistency cost you in life thus far? I'm not consistent with exercise when it gets cold out. I hate the gym and i hate exercising outside in the cold. Wahhh, i know lol. I don't know that this has cost me anything yet besides probably contributing to a lack of energy in the winter! But - having my fitbit is being a HUGE help in motivation! hoping to keep up my daily activity level despite freezing cold temps.

What are some key target behaviors relevant to your new goals?
Have you experienced the effects from slacking off that Hardy describes? The idea of the massive cost of inconsistency? How has it affected your progress in a given area?
