I've set the start date to 1st Feb, but that doesn't mean everyone has to start on the 1st!
The book has 21 chapters, and is only ~280 pages long, so a month should be plenty of time for anyone wishing to join in.
There are at least two ways to manage this:
1. We use this thread for the discussion of the story, but ask everyone to keep it spoiler-free until we reach the target finish date of 28 Feb.
2. We use this thread for the management of the group read, and I set up a separate thread for the actual discussion, and flag it clearly as containing spoilers.
Thoughts?

I also don't do Kindle unless that is the only way I can get to read something.
I much prefer having a real artifact in my hands.
Sometimes I go overboard - I have at least 12 unread Star Wars novels alone sitting on my shelves because I couldn't stop my self from acquiring them in hardcover.
