Never-Ending Good Lit discussion

I think we all love lists of books, but one of my favorite types is lists of books that book store staff enjoy. They're all "book people," so you know they like quality stuff, but the picks are so individual -- they're not picking for the masses, they're just picking for their own quirky, geeky, slightly offbeat (or totally weird) selves.
