Hugo & Nebula Awards: Best Novels discussion

World Book Day or World Book and Copyright Day is a yearly event held on April 23rd, organized by the UNESCO. Many websites feature various giveaways and one-day offers. I will start putting some links together, based on whatever giveaways there were in previous years. If anybody has any info regarding the event either on global or local scale just post whatever you've got.

New authors share their work for free, while established publishing houses provide free reading material.
