Did someone start already? I am also finishing another Buddy read but I think that I finish tonight and tomorrow start this one. I read last year The Reluctant Fundamentalist and really like it so looking forward to another of his books.
I started recently. I like it so far. Is very interesting to see the way he described the war. I am looking forward for the rest of the story
I did not originally sign up to be a part of this buddy read, but I did happen to read this book this month. I listened to the audiobook, which was read by the author, and finished it in one afternoon (really surprising for me because I usually take forever to finish audiobooks). One part of the book I really want to talk about is the doors, so once anyone gets there let me know because I am here to discuss.
I forgot to write before. I finish the book last week. I also like it a lot. Is a beautiful story in times when immigration is at is peak of controversy around the world. I do agree with Kristin that (view spoiler)overall is a lovely book that I think I will keep and read again.... Very happy to find a group of people with whom I can share these thoughts...

Everyone reads at their own pace during a Buddy Read. Because participants can be at different parts of the book at different times, it is extremely important to mark spoilers so that the book is not ruined for someone who is not as far along as others!!!
Mark spoilers by placing {spoiler} before the text and {/spoiler} after the text but use the < and > instead of the { and }.
Happy Buddy Reading!
