What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

im having a hard time trying to remember a book i read in university (2009 to 2014) cant remember exact year, it was about creativity, all i remember it had a red cover with a black bicycle on it, author had a weird name (i think it was Polish)

it contained a set of excersises to boost your creativity

Was the book in English?

There's Creativity: Flow and the Psychology of Discovery and Invention by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi. No black bicycle though.

What was the main idea of the book?
