Hi! Just wanted to comment that I've been reading Dostoevsky's Demons (or The Devils or The Possessed) after having put it down for almost a year, and I feel like I've finally gotten some momentum with the story and am enjoying the experience.
I bought Rene Girard's analysis of certain aspects of Dostoevsky's works called Resurrection from the Underground and am using other sources as well to gain some better understanding of the story as I go. There is a blog called ProjectD where Dennis Abrams dedicated a year (2011) to reading and blogging about Dostoevsky's four bigger/major works: Crime and Punishment, The Idiot, Demons and Brothers Karamazov, so I've been peeking in on his summaries and thoughts as well.
