message 2: by Carol (new)

Carol | 1678 comments I'm STILL bitter about Huff. Why did they cancel it on a cliffhanger? How did Oliver Platt explain the dead hooker??

Top Gear (UK)

Really? I never would have guessed from your list. ;)

CD | 1577 comments Hell on Wheels (caught up on several episodes this past weekend!)
Sons of Anarchy - Binge watching is best for this
Boardwalk Empire (one of my favorites of the past decade)
Sopranos(I have seen every episode at least twice)
C.S.I. in one incarnation or another
ER - I still miss this show
Miami Vice - Personal reasons including time spent in South Florida in the crazy days

Youndyc | 1255 comments I binged Orphan Black Season 1, am about to do the same with Season 2

message 11: by Youndyc (new)

Youndyc | 1255 comments Fantastic show for Season 1, and I have heard nothing but good reviews of Season 2.

message 12: by Kathy (new)

Kathy (littlemissred3) | 71 comments I love Orphan Black and I can't wait for it to start back up.
I also have to watch Survivor every season, seen all of them but the very first one.

message 13: by Félix (new)

Félix (habitseven) Just recently finished viewing every single episode of Monarch of the Glen. I got to where I almost didn't need the subtitles by the end. I said almost.

message 14: by [deleted user] (new)

Shark Tank

message 15: by RandomAnthony (new)

RandomAnthony | 14536 comments I don't know about Vince Vaughn on True Detective. I hope he doesn't talk real fast.

message 16: by Félix (new)

Félix (habitseven) I've never seen him play a role other than as that same Vince Vaughn character. I can't imagine the creators of TD putting up with that.

message 17: by Jennifer (new)

Jennifer | 67 comments Anyone watching any of the new fall shows like Gotham or Red Band Society? I really like RBS and am excited that Sleepy Hollow and Blacklist are back.

message 18: by RandomAnthony (new)

RandomAnthony | 14536 comments I DVR'd Gotham...hopefully I'll watch this weekend.

message 19: by Spellbound (new)

Spellbound (spellboundreads) | 117 comments I have recently binged on Peaky Blinders, a brilliant BBC production, and The Newsroom which I enjoyed much more than I expected.

message 20: by Spellbound (new)

Spellbound (spellboundreads) | 117 comments Besides that, I binged on almost all TV shows that I watched in the past few years. I need professional help.

message 21: by Félix (new)

Félix (habitseven) I charge by the hour.

RandomAnthony | 14536 comments For all sorts of things, I hear.

message 23: by Félix (new)

Félix (habitseven) Indeed.

message 24: by CD (new)

CD | 1577 comments Technically not 'binge' watching, but I'm following the PBS series on the Roosevelts. I have watched more than one episode (had to catch up) in a row.

Ken Burns and Goodwin not withstanding, it is fairly well done. Definitely entertaining.

message 25: by Youndyc (new)

Youndyc | 1255 comments That Roosevelts show is definitely a binge. I had to purge. Ken Burns is great, but on this particular occasion, I think he needed more editing.

I watched the first episode of Red Band Society and thought it was a very charming. I also liked the first episode of Madam Secretary.

NCIS NOLA was so-so. I'll give it a few episodes to see if it gets better. All my Louisiana friends on Facebook were bitching about the accents of the actors, but I did not find it all that problematic.

message 26: by Félix (new)

Félix (habitseven) I think Madame Secretary has promise. The pilot was quite good.

I don't know too...I'm worried that show won't be any good at all in the second season.

I just started catching up on the first season of Blacklist so I can watch the 2nd season in real time. It's sooooo good!!!! I love Netflix.

Youndyc | 1255 comments I love Blacklist and Sleepy Hollow.

message 31: by smetchie (new)

smetchie | 4034 comments I love Once Upon a Time but I'm only on season 2. My daughters and I watch it together and it's the only TV show I've found that we all like.

message 32: by MissJessie (new)

MissJessie | 60 comments We just finished watching ALL the Red Dwarf episodes, up to and including the newest ones--watching an episode or two each evening while eating supper.

We have begun, though in the middle Tom Baker as Dr Who but there are so many Dr Who's (and we have almost all of the older ones) that we will never get thru them.

Before that, we did all of WKRP in Cincinnati.

Obviously, we are vintage TV fans :) I have not seen any of the series you have mentioned above; we gave up current TV many years ago. I dislike the graphic violence and foul language on TV today.

Yes, the mighty 'KRP still rules. One of the best premiere episodes in syndicated half-hour sitcoms, ever.

I just started watching Game of Thrones. I congress I can't handle the gore but am quite enjoying it other wise. My daughter has already watched all 4 seasons.

smetchie | 4034 comments I dvr'd that but I haven't watched it yet.

He's also Eragorn's villain.

smetchie | 4034 comments Is anyone watching the new True Detective?

message 43: by Félix (new)

Félix (habitseven) I have not been able to quite get into it. It might be largely my overall aversion to Vince. I have two episodes recorded that may not be seen.
