The impossibility of Constance's age

I understand that Constance is a child genius, but having her only 2 years old is absolutely unbelievable. I could maybe believe 5 or 6, but 2 is much too young. I enjoyed this book thoroughly but when I read this detail I had to put the book down for a while because I was so upset by it. Does anyone else feel this way? Does it make it seem less believable?

It is a little unbelievable, but keep in mind the book and the genre. Having impossible things happen (like crazy-smart kids) fits right into Stewart's world.
It's kind of crazy but it makes you like her even more! At the start of the first book i hated her but now she is THE BEST!
I know this makes no sense, constance did things that not even a super smart 2 year od could do, for example going to a place by herself and following the directions.
yes it is unbelievable but i just think that it adds to the book. the whole book is about unbelievable things and this is just another one that can be taken as a funny part of the story.
I mean I do agree, but I know kids at 2-3 years old being smart enough to form full sentences, but it is a little bizarre how extremely intelligent she is. But again that is how Stewart writes his characters, wacky and mildly unbelievable.
Yes, I think about this and it just doesn't make sense at all. Like she can form perfect sentences and they really just think she is that little. A two year old would be tiny walking around!
