History: She got the nickname after a peacekeeper killed her pregnant mother. She beat up the peacekeeper resulting in her receiving a whipping. Soon after her whipping her father killed himself. She went on a slight rampage and broke a bunch of the food rations. She was able to get out of punishment though. After that she kind of disappeared of the map from anyone. The only time she was ever in public were the reapings. The nickname "Crazy Cora" spread like wildfire.

Personality:
Cia is one of the most sarcastic, intelligent and witty people you’ll ever meet. She is always one to make someone laugh, or at least smile. However, underneath her comical exterior is a mind that has been sharpened to the finest point. Cia is able to think quickly and accurately, and is one of the brightest young minds in District 3. When faced with a problem, she will analyze every last detail extremely quickly, and react in the proper fashion. She is also very secure with who she is as a person, and has studied human behavior long enough to pick up on social ques very quickly.
History:
Growing up in District 3 meant a lot of studying, homework and school. Cia was the valedictorian of her class, and by a far margin too. Her GPA was a 3.9, and the second place of her class was a 3.0. She grew up in an average family for District 3, three kids, strict parents, lots of school and helping with their parent’s work. Her parents weren’t abusive, though they had high expectations for each of their children, and held them to that expectation. They also taught their children valuable lessons and instilled upon them values that would get them far in life, such as honesty, compassion and the fact that a positive attitude can’t hurt a situation. However, Cia didn't pick up on those lessons quite as quickly as her siblings did, which made her a sort of social outcast in the family. Though she was still loved and cared for, she wasn’t loved and cared for as much as her siblings, which caused her to be harder and more calculating than both of them.

Appearance:
Her black, slightly frizzy hair is usually worn tied back absently. Her skin is a mid brown and her frame relatively small. Her grey-brown eyes flit away from those who meet her defensive gaze. She has a curved cut on her right palm from a stone when she fell from a tree two weeks ago.
History:
All her life, Riva has cared for her mother, who was blinded shortly after the birth of Riva’s sister Thea. The father left, not willing to be responsible for caring for two young children and a blind woman (He died two years later in an accient). An elderly friend of her mother looked after them from then, and from when she too died when Riva was 13, it was her job to look after her mother and Thea, as well as do what work she could to get food. Both Riva and her sister signed up for tesserae for the three of them, and the family just managed to get by.
Thea was reaped for the Hunger Games a year ago, when she was 14. Riva had stood frozen, barely registering what had taken place, and the by time she could move, Thea had been taken away. Riva would always tell herself that she couldn’t have volunteered; she had to take care of her mother. But that didn’t stop her feeling any less guilty as she watched her sister die. Riva closed off after that, overtaken by guilt. The year that followed was awful. Her mother died of grief for the loss of her daughter a month before the next Games. Riva felt she was responsible, and from then she never dared to let herself get close to anyone. It wasn’t worth it. She had failed to save her family, and would only fail again. At the reaping, Riva volunteered for the girl who was chosen. Her mother didn’t need her any more, and it was time to repay what she considered the life she owed to her sister.
Personality:
Before her sister died in the Hunger Games, Riva was different. She used to be friendly, and studious, and accepting of her difficult life. But Riva closed off after that, and vowed not to become friends with anyone. She blended in at school and work from then on, speaking only when necessary and working harder than ever to work the ever-present guilt and pain from her body. Riva not being willing to confide in anyone meant that her loss never really let her go, yet she contained it all still. As a result she is a quiet, listening person, and one who may tend to overwork herself. She finds it hard to make friends or get close to people, but cannot get rid of the underlying kindness in her, and will help those in need.

Though Riva doesn’t plan on using a weapon, the one she would be most capable with is a knife.
Strengths:
Riva is good at hiding, both her feelings and physically. She is agile, and a good climber. She has quick fingers and is good with knots. She knows a little about animals and how to kill and cook them, and has never really handled a knife much, but seen how it is done. She has a good memory.
Weaknesses:
Riva has no experience with any weapons beside a small knife, and though she has maybe a little more physical strength than most of the other females from the outlying districts, she is by no means strong or good in hand to hand combat. Her biggest weakness may be that she has no will to live. She doesn’t plan on surviving the Games, for that would not be a just sacrifice to her sister.
Bloodbath strategy:
To walk away and if someone tries to kill her, let them.

In a any spare time, which she tried to get rid of, Riva would sit in the lowest branches of trees surrounding her new home, with the last piece of schoolwork her sister did, about the history of Panem. She never knew why she bothered keeping it, but she always felt attached to it. When she was asked what her token was, Riva found it in her pocket and thought it would do.

Mihr grew up in a household containing 5 children, all of them being girls. Now, her father always wanted to have a boy. 'More potential' he always said. But after it became obvious he would never have one, he worked his girls to their extremes. Each of her sisters excelled in something beneficial. Isabel was the obedient and responsible one. Jonelle was the brains of the family, and Kasey and Lacey were always the most fit. Mihr, was just average. After none of her sisters were reaped and passed 18 years (volunteering was forbidden for one of her father's nonsense reasons) Mihr had all of the pressure on her starting at age 10. District Four is and isn't a Career district, but anyhow she was expected awake 2 hours before school started for one hour of trained and for 2 hours after school. And she practiced everything she was told, being the type of sweet girl she was, but later everything took a toll on her. Whether it was the hard core stuff or the pressure, she started to change. Not into a monster, not into an even sweeter girl, but into a more snappy reckless child that her father hated. So, when she was reaped at 17, she remembers her father's last words to her.

Appearance: Sage has long wavy dark brown hair with golden natural highlights. Her hair flips from time to time, but not very often, as she always keeps her hair in a tight bun. She has the darkest emerald green eyes, which she uses to harshly stare at you. Often, there is a shadow of a smile on her face, even though she tries to hide it. Personality: Sage is fierce. Period. She only has the lingerings of sympathy and doesn't care what others think. This is probably why she never wears any make-up and doesn't dye her hair. "Goody Two-Shoes" will stand up for anyone and is the bravest her trainers have ever seen. Her intellect makes her a fierce competitor, as well as her quick feet. Sage deeply cares for the world and will not let anyone treat anything unfairly.
History: Sage has had a horrible life since day one. Her father, a strict peacekeeper treated her unjustly and occasionally abused her. This has made her even tougher. She thanks her dad for this everyday, even though she is picked on and called, "Goody Two-Shoes" because of her cruel father and absent mother. Sage is probably the youngest Career District 2 has ever seen, when she was picked, no one dared volunteer for her because they knew she could win. Sage trains hard, works hard, and deserves everything she has.

Personality
Ash is a generally happy guy and is up for a laugh nearly most of the time. He hates being serious and in most cases can't stay silent for more than a few minutes. There aren't many sides to Ash, but once you get to know him more, you'll see that he's basically very nice.
However... There is one part of Ash you don't want to know. He doesn't show it to everyone - only a select few will hear of it. This side is his bitch side. Make a wrong move and you're dead. Ash loves a laugh but he can be straight serious if he wants to. He doesn't explain himself a lot, isn't up for conversation and says a lot through his facial expressions, gestures and whatnot. He is a generally rude child and likes to hum to himself.
History
Ash's family were very kind and liked to help most people.. The only downside being that they were poor. Ash was sometimes teased for it and was told just to ignore anything that people said by his parents which made him the person he was today. When he was picked to represent his District in the Games, he wasn't really prepared but his family were ready to let him go. His mother and father had prepared him for the day of the Games since Ash was very little, and being from Ten, he was probably ranked among the Careers - he was known, in his District, as the best fighter there was.
His tattoos that cover his arms all have some resemblance to who he is. The skull on his right shoulder: His sister, Amelia's, death; The blue rose: the flowers that grow outside his house; The words written in banners: A saying passed down from his family. Some might say it is a coincidence, but all of his family's names begin with an A. His father, Ace, mother, Ashlyn and himself, Ash. It has been a sort of tradition passed down through generations on both sides of the family, which just made Ash love his parents even more.

Blond hair, with a long fringe swept to one side. Bright, sky blue eyes. Average skin colour. He usually looks like he could burst out laughing any second.
Personality :
Amiel was always the positive, funny child that his family loved. He could always cheer people up. He is helpful and understanding, and will talk to anyone. He has a way of charming any person, and is the kind of boy you remember. He is intelligent and quick at solving problems.
History :
Amiel grew up with his two older brothers and parents in the power district, where his mother had a good job. This meant that his family had just enough money to feed the five of them, and they never really experienced the starvation that some of the other people in the district did. Before his brothers began work, they used to take Amiel round the poorer parts, offering a little food if they could spare it. He had many friends, and was good at his schoolwork. Amiel was loved by his family, and always dreaded the reaping each year, but his brothers remained safe from the Games. Amiel hadn’t taken any tesserae, and it was a shock to everyone when he was reaped.

Artemis is quite a pretty girl for her age and has been told it many times by her friends. Although she is from the lumber district, she doesn't look like she breaks a sweat at all. Her face has a perfect complexion and no matter which angle you look at her from, her skin is as smooth as a baby's bottom. She has a fairly good tan. Her eyes are blue with long, curled eyelashes to match.
Her height is 5'7 and she weighs 136 pounds.
Personality:
She's a typical teenager. Moody, bossy and snaps at anyone she can find that will listen to her. She likes to have the upperhand in everything and was not prepared when she was reaped for the Games.
History:
She was brought up to cut trees and has learnt to do that ever since. She has a few muscles in her arms but not much and she's a pretty fast runner.

Lia grew up to a typical family in Twelve that didn't live in the Seam. She had an average family with two elder brothers and so they almost always had a steady income and so they were pretty well off. She herself did well in the classes and her mother refused to get her involved in the district's industry. But when she was 9, her eldest brother got a job at the butchers place, and if Lia didn't have anything to do, she was always dragged along. For that readon her choice of weapon is a knife because she's had a fair amount of experience with one. And she never expected to be reaped because she didn't do Tesserae, but she was anyways.
