PJ/Heroes of Olympus discussion

This is a cabin for the children of Poseidon, god of the seas. It is found as close to the lake as possible, while still being in the horseshoe shape. It has a fountain where offerings to the Goddess Iris can be given to make 'demigod calls'. A large Trident can be found on the back wall. The cabin changes colour from Sea Blue to Seaweed Green.

Andrea flopped down onto her bed, tired from the first half of the day

Ariel, having finished talking to Chiron, walked towards the Poseidon cabin. Walking through the horseshoe of cabins was amazing, all of them different and unique and seeming like they'd stand out but actually fitting together. Her mind was reeling from learning her dad was a god. She couldn't help but wonder if her mom knew. Chiron had assured her that she could talk to her mom soon, but that phones weren't allowed, they attracted monsters. Geez... monsters. The things she used to think were under her bed or in her closet. Her mom had always said monsters were real, but Ariel had started to not believe her, and now she did. She carefully opened the door to the cabin, currently Seaweed Green, and was shocked at how much she loved it and felt at home. Even ragged, with a bandaged leg, feeling exhausted, she was ecstatic. The open windows, the smell of the water, the mist in the air, the fountain, the sea-worthy decorations. Her gaze fell on the Trident and she even smiled a little bit. Then she noticed Andrea, her eyes widening. Chiron had said she'd find siblings... but she hadn't really realized she'd have siblings, it felt unreal. The short, red velvet haired girl stood in the doorway, gaping. She wore shorts and a tank top with flip flops, and her lower left leg was bandaged from the hell hound. Her hair was currently a mess, frizzed out from all the excitement, and probably the misty air too. Finally she found her voice, "Uh... Hello?"

Andrea sat up as soon as she heard a voice, seeing a girl standing there. "Hey."

(Sorry for not being active.) Ariel blinked, "Hi... I'm Ariel. um... Chiron sent me here? Something about my dad being Poseidon?" She questioned nervously.

"Well this is the Poseidon cabin so youre in the right place"

Ariel looked blank for a moment before smiling, "Right... Sorry, I'm just a bit overwhelmed." // At that moment Zane knocked on the Poseidon cabin door, letting himself in. "Hey Andrea, Hey New girl. Andrea, got a quest for the whole Ares fiasco, Clara will explain more. You want to come?" The son of Zues was tall in the doorway, his dirty blonde hair slightly messy from recent combat, his stormy blue eyes on the two girls.

Clara runs into the cabin a massive smile on her face "Zane! We have to go now!" she yells her voice full of happiness "I found out a way for us to get to Ares quickly!" she blinks as if she just remembers that everyone else is here as well "Oh, hey Andrea and Ariel" she says waving at them with a small smile. "Come on Zane!!" she says before attempting to pull him towards the Camp Store to get supplies

Zane blinked, letting himself be pulled off, "Woah, wait, we're not taking one of the Poseidon kids?" He asked, letting her tug him along, clearly surprised and confused.

She blinks in surprise "No, Hades came back and said only 3 had to go, and considering you knew about it first before Andrea ..." she trails off and gives him an impatient look

"Someone please tell me what is going on," Andrea exclaimed, throwing her hands up in the air in frustration

Clara sighs loudly "I got a vision/video link thing with Hades saying that Ares had gone and been, well Ares and that he needed 2 children of the Big 3 and a kid of Ares to stop him from releasing hell on the world" she pauses for a moment "The original was three big 3, but he came back and said it would be better if I and a kid of Zeus went, because Ares place is up in the air for some reason" she says "and we have to be going ... like NOW before Troy kills himself!"

"Oh, ok then." Andrea replies. "I guess you better go."

"Sorry Andrea, I would really like you to come, but its just easier with 3" she says before walking over to Andrea and whispering in her ear "I would really like to have another GIRL with me, considering Troy is coming" she whispers, disgust clear in her voice

Andrea smiles at her, and nods knowingly. "You better get to the camp store then," she tells Clara

"Yeah" she says before pulling Troy behind her

(You mean Zane lol) Zane blinked, listening to the quick explanation, "Actually, Ares's base is on a mountain that can only be accessed by flight, though that must have been what Chiron meant." He slowly got dragged off, waving to Andrea, "Nice seeing you!" Before he disappeared. // Ariel watched, clearly thinking the entire thing was insane.

"Yeah, thats what I said" Clara said beginning to get defencsive

(Haha, ditto.)Zane rolled his eyes and just took her by the shoulders and steered her out.

"That was interesting," Andrea said slumping against the wall near her bed. "If you need anything just ask."

"Bye Andrea" Clara called behind her waving

Andrea waved back to Clara

Ariel watched them go and looked back at Andrea, slowly nodding. "Right... Okay. Um... Is there anything to do around here?" She asked, curious. She also realized she should get cleaned up, but it wasn't like she had any posessions with her.

"In the cabin, not much. Around camp yes. Just name something and I can say if they have it or not. Or something relating. There is also a camp store."

Ariel stood awkwardly, holding her arm, looking around and trying to absorb all this information. After a long minute she spoke, "Can I make a phone call?" She had yet to learn phones weren't allowed in camp.

"Uh, phones aren't allowed. If we use them they attract monsters. If you want, you could iris message the person if it doesn't freak them out." Andrea told her
