I have been channeling for three years, and I have received several channelings about Joy that seemed to fit together. These channelings are an exploration of the Joy that is around us always, and how to allow it for ourselves. It is a quick read, and a Joyful *guide* from the Other Side on how to choose Joy everyday.

Choosing joy sounds wonderful. I choose joy through singing in moments of needing to switch my bodys energy up. Or through sitting with herbs and chickens in the garden. Though, sometimes I KNOW that this or that will be wonderful choices to help me feel and be on a higher vibration. Such as take a walk in the woods or sit through a guided meditation. However I find that I often choose not to do these wonderful high vibrational joyful things. Even though I KNOW. Does this book help with making choices?
I think this book helps with knowing how to connect to Joy with your breath. It is simple. You take a deep breath, and breathe out, and when you breathe out, just release. Do this a few times. Then picture Joy as being all around you. And when you breathe in, breathe in Joy, and when you breathe out, picture breathing the Joy down through your body to your toes. Do this a few times. This is adding Joy to your day, and allowing it in.
It only takes a few moments, and when I do this, it is easier for me to find those other higher vibrational things to do.
There is also a grounding to the Earth meditation in the book that feels so wonderful as well, and only takes a few moments.
So there are real things you can do that only take a few moments to do, but that set the feeling tone for your day.

Hey all. Happy to have found this group. I think it has a ton of potential. JOY is a great topic, and I agree that it comes about in your life through a CHOICE. To me, that choice is simply "letting go," of all the mental flotsam spiraling around my fore-brain, letting go of judgment and worry, all the things that don't matter. And once gone, once quieted, joy arises—an inner smile :) One choice (letting go), and an immense door opens.
