I just finished book 1 (of the quadrilogy, sold as one continuous ebook). I didn't see any other discussions on the forum so I thought I'd start one.

I read a review that described it as "D&D in space" and I couldn't agree more. Dragons in space, magically-powered ships (somewhere between Stark Trek and Spelljammer), a mythology and magic system that synch well-- the book just works.

Has anyone else read this? Would like to hear others' thoughts.
