Did you ever think Hunter could die, that the author might end the series this way?

In the limo working to keep him alive, I thought he could die. But, no way was she going to kill him, that just wasn't going to happen.

Honestly? I wasn’t sure. When that ambulance couldn’t get to the limo and Sean was losing hope, I started thinking that maybe there was going to be some meaning to killing him off. I almost considered cheating by reading the ending.

I was really afraid that Hunter might die. I kept thinking would this author really have them get married that day and then bump him off? I ultimately just felt she wouldn't do that to us.

She had me really going.

Realistically he should have died but I knew he wouldn’t. In romanceland HEA are a given.

And, because HEA is a given is the main reason why Romantic-Suspense is my preferred genre.
