To be absolutely honest, I've only really used DC Universe for the originals (Titans, Doom Patrol and Young Justice S3, which I find totally worth it. (I already own a sizeable collection of DC content much of which has to be gone through.)
I read the AV Club website regularly and they just said Doom Patrol was worth the subscription to DC Universe. I think I might wait until the whole series is up, sign up for the free, seven-day trial period and watch the show, and then cancel. Otherwise, I can't see the value of the site, which is $7.99 a month or $74.99 for the year. Seems a bit expensive for what's there and it isn't even available in a lot of formats yet (Xbox, PS4, Samsung TV, etc.).

I watched the first ep of Doom Patrol and it was pretty decent. Reading Vol 1 side by side was VERY interesting as well. I'd say maybe wait for a few episodes, but I think the series has promise.

I don't have much experience with the Titans in comics. I actually accidentally checked out Teen Titans vol. 5 once from the library (it got shuffled into my stack) and read it before I returned it. I liked the story, but man, I felt like I was missing so much backstory, especially regarding Raven.
I liked what I saw of the Titans TV show. It seemed like they went a lot grittier for Starfire's character and a lot more innocent for Raven's character than what I had remembered from the one volume I read. I think it works, though. I like that they aged up a few of the characters--otherwise I don't think it would have worked as well in a modern setting. I feel like it would take me out of the show to see a group of powered kids running in today's world around if none of them had drivers licenses or an income.

Really liking the new season so far, despite the scattershot way it has of telling its story. This past week's was particularly good, and it introduced (yet another) character. Like last season it seems like Titans is an incubator for other series.
I have the DC Universe app and I'll probably always pay for it as long as they're doing new things involving my favorite characters. There is absolutely no show that has ever been like Doom Patrol. Ever. It's wacky in the most amazing (and sometimes uncomfortable) way while still managing to connect us to the characters. Crazy Jane is my obvious favorite.
Titans is my favorite comic-book show that's been made so far, bar none. It's stellar and doesn't shy away from comic-storylines (I'm looking at you, Red-Blue-Blur)... I think the changes they have made only enhance the core of each character.
Also, the villains are completely badass so far!!

Did you know that he wasn't originally supposed to be part of the season 2 at all? You can't tell.

Did we ever get an explanation for (view spoiler).
They apparently ran a poll (much like they did in the comics) to see if (view spoiler). We now know how that turned out.

Haha!! I don't think we got a solid explanation. The only thing I remember is (view spoiler) So, more to come, hopefully?
I must have missed the poll! Do you think we'll get a similar storyline in the show some point down the line? I'd love to see a (view spoiler)

Re: (view spoiler) I was wondering if I was missing something but apparently I did not.
I know fans have been asking for (view spoiler) but I would think the series would want to leave him as (view spoiler) longer since he seems to be a bit young for that role, at least to my thinking.
As for (view spoiler) I agree with (view spoiler) from the first season. (view spoiler),
Stoked for tomorrow's episode.
And what an episode it was. DC apparently decided to double down after fans were dragging Iain Glen's casting as Bruce Wayne. Some fun moment for him, including (view spoiler)With such a large cast, it's difficult to give everyone screen time. (view spoiler) had cameos though at least (view spoiler). I can't help but think a culling will happen and while I would had to see characters go, I think it would give the series a much needed focus. Fingers crossed.
Titans' Season 2 finishes on Friday. I understand it's been renewed for Season 3, with some on reddit suggesting it will be on HBOMax. DCUniverse being stripped of content but for comics.
