The End of Your Life Book Club question

I cannot figure out how to leave a review on this book. I just discovered what this site is about and my tail is wagging furiously. My brain and my body are currently battling, though, over who gets the oxygen. I have very low lung function. This book literally saved my life. I can find nothing that will allow me to leave a review. Help?
